Please help.

This is serious and urgent :

No matter how hard I have tried, I just can't successfully sign up! I only got my forum account but not my hosting one! I really want to create sub-domains with x10hosting but if I can't even get an account, how do I do that?! I've tried more than 5 times! But each time, they'll send me an email saying I did not supply a valid package id. But looking in the sign up form, I SEE NOWHERE TO ENTER MY PACKAGE ID. I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT IS PACKAGE ID ABOUT. Please help! I really look forward to using x10hosting!

Well i try to help you

1. go in http://x10hosting.com/hosting

2. Select your plan. Look your needs

3. Then, if you select for example, adfree, you will review some of term of service. Read it carefully, and click on proceed/continue.

4. If this finish, you will see 3 tabs. Step1, Step2, Step3

5. In Step1, you must choose your plan. in the second stage below, chose your subdomain, or if you have or you want register a top level domain, must you have register it with ns1.x10hosting, ns2.x10hosting.com name servers in your registar. Put your new domain

6. The Next Step2, and Step3 is easy. Put your personal details, and if you agree with x10Hosting TOS, put your desired forum name and pass. And you FINISH . In the following mails, you can link you forum account with the cpanel accout.
