I get this error when i log into the account panel:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

and also when i try to go to my pages in the folder cutenews all the pages have this error:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /cutenews/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please wait until the server transfer for your server is complete. Our backend systems will currently not work with all accounts until the server transfer(s) are complete.

This looks like an error with your script. (Permissions are probably set wrong)
