Please help!

I went through sign-up and waited the allotted time and got my email. When I did, it gave my username & password. I used them to try to login, and it then said, "This user name does not exsist," when I just opened to email that said it did. I even went so far as to copy and paste, and still it did not work. Please help!!!!!

I am having email issues as well. I opened a ticket, and after a few hours, I came and looked around in this forum to find that there are lots of issues the last couple of days.

I have no idea what the problems are, but you are not the only one. I have been using X10 for a couple of months and they are pretty good about getting these things resolved. They have been so far, anyhow.
