You were permanently suspended by our CEO on one of his more recent trips through the servers - during that trip he suspended mostly proxies, but he already informed us anything that was suspended is a -permanent- suspension, not to be removed.
We can't provide backups without unsuspending you, and we can't unsuspend you because it's a zero tolerance permanent suspension.
