please remove addon domain

please remove addon domains from my account.so,that i will create new account with x10hosting and add this domain to that account as it is taking more time for servers moving accounts.due to this my email accounts are not working.it is very urgent for me

From the x10 TOS:

Each individual is allowed ONE account only.

Users are not permitted to have multiple free hosting accounts.

Creating a new account isn't going to speed anything up. As you can probably tell from all the support threads relating to sign up errors, the server transfers are causing problems signing up also.
