* Shoutbox\Chat Scripts: Use of these scripts is strictly forbidden due to the amount of MySQL queries they take. Accounts found with chat scripts or shoutboxes will be suspended.

Because of it being explicitly and strictly disallowed we cannot remove the suspension.

You suck! I did not even know about that rule. Who in the world reads the *censored* TOS beforehand so thouroughly. You really should give a second chance in this case.

Feel free to take a forced leave of absence for the language and the direct insult. You marked the box that said you agreed to abide by the TOS less than 48 hours ago - you broke it -that- quickly.

If you didn't read it, don't mark the box. Plain and simple.

Edit: For anyone who happens to stumble on the thread, there's two ways to ask for help.

1) Be polite. On a zero tolerance suspension this won't get you unsuspended, however it leaves a better impression.
2) Be rude. On a zero tolerance suspension, this is more likely to get you a ban with it, especially if you decide to directly insult the hosting service/a staff member (the "You suck!" part of the above comment), and curse (had to censor it). The TOS isn't -that- hard to follow - when in doubt, ASK BEFORE DOING WHAT YOU THINK YOU WANT TO. In the event it's not allowed, we will tell you. Asking if something's allowed doesn't get you suspended.
