Please remove suspension on my account

I am trying to making a technology related blog ( mainly related to ethical hacking), that's why I uploaded files of phishing for demo purpose which suspend my account. I really not know about this suspension reason because this files not taking that much of resources. Please recover my hosting account and suggest how to work with these files or where to upload. These files are essential for my future blog. Please help...

You're admitting to putting phishing pages on the account?

The problem there is that's not actually legal in the USA which is why you're permanently suspended, and why we can't remove the suspension for any reason or provide backups at all.
