Hi,

I already posted this about my site + cPanel + FTP not working.

I can't access cPanel and FTP since I don't know the password. I did not forget it just not working anymore. I previously asked to have my cPanel/FTP password to be reset but haven't heard back from Support yet. So I am resending my request to have my password reset and please PM me the password.
