Please RESTORE my terminated account

Hi,

I've been in the hospital for a while, anyway today I try to login to my account and the message that I got is that it's been terminated and it's just only been 2 months. I've had this account since 2013. PLEASE can someone restore it.

the rules state you are required to log in once every 30 days to avoid suspension.
after 60 days your account gets flagged for termination.
once terminated all files get marked for deletion and unrecoverable.

I hope you are recovering well!

I was able to restore your account. Please in the future if possible reach out to our team if any issues come up that would prevent you from accessing so we can take the correct precautious

Thank you for your understanding Eric,

I tried to login today but it keeps giving me the error: "Hmm, login details do not seem to be correct. Please try again." even when I changed the password (it's still the same one except that I changed one of the character to a special character like it asked me to). Also, when I tried to go to my website (after clearing all the cache) it keeps giving me the error that the account has been deactivated and then my Antivirus jumped in and gave me the error URL:phishing.

And now when I tried to login with either Email address "BienNhoWeb@..." or "biennhoweb@..." it gave me the error "These credentials do not match our records.".

PLEASE HELP!
