It loads fast. It may be a bit too monochrome and/or simple. When I loaded the page I had no idea what the website was for(still unsure). Needs more content(as does mine so I know the trouble). And what's the blank page with the valid xhtml banner for?

That isn't a helpful post. Next time inform him on how he can make it better.

The site is really plain and way to simple. Also, liquid layouts don't really work unless you have the min-width style attribute set to a specific pixel otherwise the entire site can overlap.
