Well I must say, the template is very colourful. Just a few comments,

I am guessing that the links under the header are not meant to all work, but you should definetly change them so that they aren't trying to open the links in another page, beacuse its really annouying!!! If you are going to force the user to open a new page then only do it if they are actually leaving the website, and even then you should avoid it.

I really like the template, but I noticed that the curves on the header are actually a little bit pixelated, you should try to fix that, especially since it is a site for graphics and etc.

Finally I found a lot of html errors when using the w3c validator, your template definetly needs to be improved by removing some of those errors, because the less errors you have the better the rating you will get on search engines.

The title of the page says title. Is that a title to your site or just gave it a name like that.

About the color, good use of the colors to make the design. I liked it

About the popup, it will be annoying to the user when a popup comes up soon after the site loads.
