I was thinking to made it in vBulletin Script ; but i saw mass account suspension post about Over CUP Usage ... So i also got Suspension if i use vBulletin as it took a lot CUP Usage. x10Hosting is the only Free & Unlimited Hosting Service in this World its true ; but with limited CUP Quotas ; its just like all other Limited hosting Service.

If Everything is Unlimited but Cup Usage is Limited then at last it mean LIMITED HSOTING service.

Site looks professional==> nice one
Number of posts==>very few to check speed
Site loading time ==>0.55 seconds(15.91 KB @ 0.03 sec a KB)
Site speed is good.You have to check for other important things like mail function,other modules like who are online + user level upgrade etc to the forum and also that if load increases the site requires atleast a VPS you cant run it on free servers at that loads.
Can keep adsense once the site attracts users.You need a TLD.
