i completely gave it a new look ( except the colors ). And the signup page is not working. And please rate it out of 10, and if the rating is below 8 then please tell me how can i improve.

i know i have to put a lot of content.

My apologies but I would rate your web site around a 4-4.5 out of 10. I don't think the colors "match" or coordinate with each other, several of your links do not work, several of your pages makes the navigation disappear and none of your text looks formatted.

Hi,

I would rate it about 5 out of 10

Because of some of the reasons already mentioned that there are a few 404 errors there are too many different colours on the page and there are too many ads in all different places. And the box that says "in the news" some of the text is cut off at the bottom.
