It's ok.
Some colours clash a bit.
Also you seem to have designed the site for 1280x960.
In my opinion the majority of users still seem to use 1024x768 (not me. Think i'll put a poll about that.)
and possibly the site should have been designed for that.

Some great stuff, some of the vids are quite eerie. The only suggestion I would make other than the resolution would be to change the background, it makes it look a bit jokey.

Nice site nice media insertion. The only thing is that it needs a high network connection in order to download within a minute. And I also have problem not with the resolution but the background
