I think you did not review the site well. it is a multi language nicely constructed forum . If you navigate down the forum, you are given the option to view the forum in Macedonian or English. Go back and check again.
My suggestion is if only you could make the translation versatile throughout the forum either than only some part you could build one of the biggest forum on the net. Try coding the translation for all forums as far as possible
