To be perfectly honest, the most prominent features on your site are the ads. Maybe you could whittle them down a bit so that viewers aren't scared away before giving your site a chance.

I would also suggest that you break up your paragraphs more, particualarly on the home page, and not rely on the ads to do that for you. Some sub-headings would also help the overall look.

Right now it seems like you have incorporated the bold attribute solely to please search engines. Re-read your content and bold important areas of text that will catch your reader's attention. The areas of text you bold should include your keywords, but not only only be your keywords.
