The site looks okay, but it shouldn't resize the window.

I like the layout and your colour scheme, though you already know that you need a lot more content and i think you should add some grunge effects to the graphics... But overall i would give it 7.5/10.

It resized my window. D: If it's meant for a certain width, just center it, don't make the browser window fit.

The "Change Theme" dropdown does not respond when I click it, and the paypal button seems oddly placed on all of the webpages. You might also want to have the mouseovers for the tabs to be different from the active tab image.

"Need a custom made signature. Than go to borderlinesigs." => "Need a custom made signature? Then go to borderlinesigs."

Couldn't really read the "KBjr" in the header, had to look at the title bar to see it. The red doesn't really match the white and blue, either.

The links in the sponsors page change the alignment of the text, makes things odd. Same thing for the link in "Hosting".

I give it a 5/10 (average), though I should probably grade stricter for someone trying to get people to pay for web design.

my site only resizes the window on computers with resolution above 1024x768 as a temporary fix. i need to create a new set of stylesheets for higher resolution screens, i just haven't gotten around to it yet.

thanks for the review!
Edit:
The "Change Theme" dropdown does not respond when I click it...

i've never had any trouble with this part of my site. it may be because of your browser. if it is, i would like to know what browser you use so i might be able to fix it.

by the way, thanks for the review!
i'll work on trying to fix some of those, and then i would like it if you would review it again.

hmm mozilla DOES have trouble with dropdowns however. On Google's Adsense for content Links page, if I just mouse over the dropdown box Firefox Crashes, but IE is okay. But i'm having the same problem.

I like the menu going across, nice and clean, I dont like the logo though,
too plain I think and on every page but the homepage a gap shows up and it has a border. In the <image tag add border=0
