I had a few things I found confusing.
Your menu changes on each page.
Sometimes the background even changes.
I suggest you make a template, and make all your pages with that.
I also suggest making your images transparent so it isn't white on blue.
I wouldn't make any major changes to the forum.
Those are my suggestions.

Your banner should probably extend the whole width of the forum. It's nice, but there isn't too much to comment on... it's a free myBB forum made in php. We could go in depth about the content, but that's not necessary.

The homepage is kind of plain. Even if this is what you wanted the color scheme should match the rest of the site. That is, the forum colors should be the same as your homepage colors.

Your site looks like you have put some thought into the content, but the templates aren't good. As aopsftw said, you need to try to have one good template for most of your website. There are litterally thousands of free templates, just do a forum search to find someone else who has posted a list, or search using google. Also you probably need to have a link back from your forums to your website, which could be in the logo.
