From here I'm unable to go any further.
BTW This is when I connect via a U.S IP address!
Whilst connecting using a UK address after the login screen I get a proxy error, does that mean the IP is blacklist or routing issue?
This site can’t be reachedx14.x10hosting.com took too long to respond.

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
Tried connecting direct link below but account or password is not recognised.

As I don't have any data to lose can you just create me a new account and link my DNS name please, start a fresh for the New Year? If you send the account details via forum email that would be fine.
Can you offer an option instead of the migration, many account holders would take this if offered!
Also suggest sending out a simple status update about this migration, percentage wise how much has been completed?
