When I was at the screen " https://x10hosting.com/sso/main", i clicked on "quick ftp" and saw the below msg.
Is this current/correct, that we are to now start using the below server name, for ftp,instead of:
"ftp.userid.x10host.com"

Both hostnames should work, with the one noted in Quick FTP there is a SSL certificate though.

If you had checked that before the migration, it would also have listed the server (xo#.x10hosting.com)

You should be able to use ftp.yourdomain.com
(your website domain name) when using an external program
like filezilla

Thanks Anna. When i signed up with x10 a long time ago, I used what in the x10host documentation for a server address, which was the ftp.userid.x10host.com
I tried both server names today and they both worked. Just thought I'd ask what was preferred by x10.
