Please stop too Many POP UP advertisements from my site

Hi there, Please help...
I cant express how desperately i need your help...im running a website on joomla..everything was fine till yesterday, today im getting abt 100s of pop ups from the main page, other pages seem ok. With out a pop up blocker it just crashed my the pc. Please help. I have my hosting under free adfree hosting.

The pop ups are from several sites. I had recently installed a component to create a sitemap, it was working fine even then, but today, coinciding with the main site going down for x10hosting the sites like bombared with pop ups..Please help.

The popups are not coming from us. On of your addons might be causing it.

The popups are not due to us, Id suggest researching the mods you installed and see if others have the same issue, and possibly un-install that.
