Zero Tolerance is Zero Tolerance - it results in a permanent suspension pending termination in a period not to be less than 14 days. You cannot get your files or backups.
I was actually going to send a warning since a member of yours had posted something against our TOS as well, but when I saw that the ADMIN was posting illegal stuff too, the warnings went out the window. It was clear you and/or your staff condoned the illegal things because they were posting them. That warrants an immediate permanent suspension, not a warning.
