I can logon to the site but I cannot access cpanel and when I access my site www.trackyourmoney.elementfx.com, my username is tracky85 it states that the website does not exist! I cannot see my files. Pls bring it back so I could access all my files.
I didn't notice the email notifying me the suspension of my account due to inactivity.. Been busy this month and now I need it but can no longer access it I've read other post that there is still 14 days from the date of suspension to unsuspend my account. But I received the suspension mail last Aug 10 and now its 27! I am late for 3 days.. wouldn't be there any hope?
Please unsuspend my account so I can atleast back up my files. I've been working with those for months T_T
