it got suspended for a server overload 3 times

all im trying to do is uplaod a 13MB zip file and the server has overloaded.

Do u know y this is ?????

im uploading via file manerger n i dont have the time to use FTP.

So y is it overloading the the server

i just deleted 2 my sql databases and 1 my sql user n the server overloaded
the server is cossacks can u say y please!
