Please Update my PHP level

Hi i have been using this service for a while, and about a month ago i asked u guys to please upgrade my account to the highest php level, but i am still waiting and nothing had happened since?

Please look into this and upgrade my account, i really need to run my scripts...i hav been waitin for a long time....

hey to upgrade you account all you have to do is go to www.x10hosting.com log into your hosting account. there on the left hand side just under your account info there is a section on how top upgrade your PHP most sites will run on the second option tho some Forums will mot work with out the third option hope this info helps.

yep...i already tried that procedure a month ago, and it says 'Upgrade Pending' for who knows how long
