Please, I urgently need to recover access to my account. My web site (pm.alu.x10hosting.com) is stuck on the defaultwebpage.cgi (If you feel you have reached this page in error, ...) for more than TEN days.

I don't even know if I will recover my data some day, and when.

Please, help me.

It'll actually be a Zero Tolerance suspension for some software in his FTPUSER subdirectory.

"Huawei iManager T2000 V200R003C01" is in a 1.3 gb zip file in that directory (also violates File Hosting). Per the EULA/TOS for that software:

You shall not Install and use Software in more than one cumputer system, or using the Software on many computers by sharing all of or partial of the Software, or decompose the Software and use it in the diffrernt computers or embody it into other software systems, or delete the copyright notices on any copy of the Software.
It was being shared in full...
2.2 make backup for Software;
You may make one copy of Software as backup for documentation purpose. But the backup shall not violate the provisions in Clause 1 and 2 in Article 3.
3.2 Backup
Unless for purpose of normal use or documentation, you shall not copy all or any part of Software.
Again, it was being shared in full to all users who looked in that subfolder, which was completely unprotected as the main domain returned an Index Of /, so it failed to abide by that section.


This is a Zero Tolerance suspension and the account is unable to be recovered at this point; it's never a good idea to violate someone else's copyright.

This free account is being used for perfectly legal network deployment activity. We have the authorization from Huawei for distributing this software (in fact, it is firmware for installation in network equipment deployed in the field) to authorized installation personnel. The ftp user was password protected, of course.

As you can see in the paid account support ticket, I asked Corey if there would be any problem in using the account for (big) configuration files exchange, and he approved it.

In any case, the ftp user was disabled in the free account, after LadyAnna unsuspended the account, just in case it infringed some file hosting policy (I insist, NOT piracy).

Please, unsuspend the account. If required, I will even remove the file from the disk. We plan to migrate the free service to the paid acount, but we need to recover the access to the account.

Given the response here I'll escalate it up for staff to further review.

My concern is the EULA for the software clearly indicated it cannot be redistributed. That's why I suspended it.

Edit: The file was also 1.3gb and could still be under the File Hosting policy of x10hosting.
