Hi x10 stuff . My hosting account its suspended. And i have this message.

Unfortunately this suspension is not able to be resolved automatically. To resolve this suspension please open a support ticket.


Can i get my files back. Cause i have lots of works there. Working lots of time on the design and stuff.
Please message me. And i will not bother you anymore. Thanks

Per the Warez policy in the TOS, it's not legal to even LINK to anything illegal, such as nulled software, which is what the suspension reason indicates.

The only resolution that was possible in this situation was the immediate and permanent suspension of your account; per section 6 and 8, backups are your responsibility. If you didn't take any, that's a shame because section 8 details your immediate forfeiture of all access to files and databases when suspended for a violation of the TOS.
