Where can I upload the Pligg software to my free hosted account?

Is there a place I have to set up database info, and is there such a thing as a "one click install" for this site/software?

To install get a ftp uploader like FileZilla and upload it too your public_html. Then too setup the mysql go into cPanel and make one in there.
