Yes, thats correct, but the account that's linked to your forum account seems to be manually suspended for script hosting, which is zero tolerance. We can't expedite deletion of suspended accounts. The server will automatically delete your account soon.

i have registered another x10hosting account. when i try to host my domain, it says xxx(my domain, which is this one i'm replying the thread) is owned by another user.

Once this account is terminated you can use the domain.Since your account is suspended Under ZEROL TOLERANCE we will not manually delete it.You have to wait for the automatic deletion.
