You've already been advised this is a zero tolerance permanent violation.
"Not knowing" doesn't fly here either; the script in question is part of a larger script that allows the downloading, viewing, and searching of youtube without ever actually -going- to youtube. That's a proxy on its own, without the video downloader. You cannot be unsuspended.
