Pls, help me with these Cpanel errors!

My website is working, but I couldn't login to the Cpanel after I'd deleted a folder :nuts:.
It said:

Sorry for the inconvenience!

The filesystem mounted at /home/ngonchan on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.

It seems that the disk is full... try to acces from ftp and upload a file...
all accounts are out of space...
