pls help to active my account from suspension

Hi, yesterday I received the mail about account suspension, i don't know what's the problem.
the reason for this suspension is "too high system resource usage", is my account used too high CPU? or what?

how do you judge the acceptable CPU usage rate for free hosting? how to avoid this? i don't think my program will use too high CPU....

And, right now i can't login to my cPanel, this is also the result of the suspension? the how do i backup my data?
if not, then why i can't login? the password is correct i promise

If you had installed any scripts or mods that might be a reason.some chat scripts use high system resources. Remember to remove if any after you get unsuspended.

You cannot login to Cpanel because your account is suspended.

You can unsuspend yourself fro your account panel.(applicable only if it is first or second.Post back here if you cannot.)

many days ago, there's already one suspension, and this time, the suspension comes twice at the same time. strange, the
so totally it's third warning, that's why i request a support ticket and hope you can help to resolve this issue.
