Plz Account has not yet been upgraded

My account is over 2 months old and i have still not been upgraded to 1000mb. I am still stuck on 512 mb

The lifting of restrictions is not automatic. First, you need to have a working web site that complies with the Terms of Service, and that site (not just the account) has to be at least one week old. Then you need to enter a support ticket from your Account Panel to have the restrictions lifted.
