Hi admins Thx For U R servieces In this Great Hosting But I hope From Admins And the Acccount Managers one Thing My DateBase Has Been Drobbed (Lost) By Some Hacker Hacked The Server and deleted:dunno: :dunno: The DateBase I Hope from the admins Backstore The BackUp 7/3/2007 I want The Last Back Up In This Date, Thx Corey And All The Admins And The Account Managers But Plz Plz Plz I want The Last Backup

I believe the back ups that the admins make are for their own use only, such as when a server crashes. It would be hard for them to back a single account from this, as it would involve doing the whole lot!

Also the TOS states that it is the sole responsibility of the owner of the account to create their own back ups, for when, such an incident occurs.

If I am wrong, please correct moi!

You're right, but I'm not positive if he's saying he wants the admins to use their backup, or that he has a backup from 3/7/07 that he'd like the admins to install...

Although I'm leaning more towards "admins to use their backup".

As stated in the ToS, backups are solely the end-users responsibility. If you want x10 to back up your data for you, you will have to switch to a paid account. The only thing the Admins and AMs can do is suggest making backups yourself. The only time Admins make backups of free accounts is when there is a server move, and those are not accessible to the end-user

I believe what the others have stated already is that the admins can't give you a backup of your information.

As stated in the ToS, backups are solely the end-users responsibility. If you want x10 to back up your data for you, you will have to switch to a paid account.
