Plz Help urgently ???

Last sunday i have registered for a free account on x10hosting.com with a subdomain http://shortbooks.x10hosting.com and to setup my site i used the online cPanel and installed the Nucleus Blog CMS but due to some reason i want to uninstall this one and install my own web pages which are ready to upload. But when i try to uninstall it by clicking on the Button PREPARE NUCLEUS FOR REMOVAL, it give following error
Warning: shell_exec() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/mehak/public_html/prepare_removal.php on line 22
due to this error i am unable to remove Nucleus and upload my website.
And plz don't suspend my Account.
any solution will be highly appreciated
