Plz Help!!!

Hi, I have installed a PHP script but when I open the home page or the admin page it gives an error : :

Warning: fopen(/home/ptr5000/site/html/header.html) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/ptr5000/public_html/includes/global.php on line 65
File Does'nt Exists


Please help me resolve it.

Did you upload the 'site/html' directory, that error is saying the file is missing.

What is the normal address to the file? i.e. the one you'd type into a browser to see? I mean the html/header one.
