Your template looks okay, but I would say that it is a bit unprofessional. You need to make sure that every one of your pages has the menu sidebar (Very Important!) and you should probably try to make your text look better, ie. capital letters at the beginning of a sentence and better formating with a different font and maybe centered text. Finally its kind of annoying that your site is slightly too big for my browser, my resolution is below average due to the dodgy computer I am currently using, but you should try to avoid setting static width for your main content box which creates issue for some resolutions.
