Looks quite good, i didn't see the previoous version, I like the backgrounds on the navbar, but you should definately make the section headers more appealing. Also the colour scheme looks good but a little splintered. Green site with grey links doesnt seem to fit. Try to break up your main section a little, a visitor would probably feel a little bombarded when they look at the page from a glance. Try if you can to actually start your page from the top there is a rather large gap at the top of the site that makes the site look broken almost. Still a good site none the less, just try to keep your scheme consistant.
