plz unsuspended my account

Im sorry ,I dont want open new topic ,because beforehand to ask.but last my topic blocked.
i creat my account in x10hostin 1 month ago but i can login my control pannel 3 or 4 time.(daily preoccupations do not permit me to visit.i am in a sorry hopeless etc).
and my account became suspended! I to need this account!
