I have seen this at this other host, there should be a forum where people can post requests for a task they need done on there site in exchange for points. Or people can post threads with stuff they said they will already do, like their own little shop

Why is a separate section needed?

A member can make a request of other members in the Lounge, in Programming Chat, in Tutorials or Web Design.

Any member already has the ability to donate points to another member, so I don't see why a special sub-forum or script would be needed.
