Points not work?

Im kinda new to this but it seems as if the point system is slow. I have maybe 6 posts now but i still have 2 points and it says I have only 3 points. But when i check my profile it says i have the right amount of points. Is there a problem atm?

actually it says you have 3 posts, you get 1 point per post and 2 for starting a topic/thread. To my knowledge you don't get any points for you first post or posting in intoductions not sure which but I could be wrong so some one correct me. So for the other 3 posts plus the topic starter you will get 5 points which you have.
