I did the first link again. For some strange reason the links seem to be switched. I.E., I go to the first link and I get the second image and vise versa

In the stats, only appears that you've just done 1 offer. The second one. You need to confirm the offers to take effect.
The first offer only asks for a .edu mail if you select Student, you've to select "Partner" or "Others".
