porque no puedo ingresar a mi cuenta

Me aparece el siguiente mensaje:

POngo mi usuario y no pasa nada, para foros y mi cuenta es ppalayo.

Hace 1 semana que no ingreso a los foros y hace como 4 meses que cree mi cuenta.

Lo que me preocupa es que no puedo acceder a mis archivos ya que no hice un backup.

Men lo que te dicen en el texto es que tienes que relacionar la cuenta del foro con la del servicio de host.
Lo siguiente es que ingreses el username "del CPANEL" no del foro, despues de hacer esto reciviras mas instrucciones en tu email, luego dice que te asegures que tu email este registrado en tu cpanel con la cuenta del foro.

Intenta ingresando tu username del CPANEL XD tal ves esa sea tu solucion.
