Port 80 blocked again?

I was wondering if Port 80 has been reblocked.
This is the 4th or 5th day that I haven't been able to use outside resources.

As far as I know, port 80 was never unblocked and if you were able to access external servers then it was possibly misconfigured. This was, and probably still is, in place to prevent abuse as all proxy scripts rely on port 80.

Well I lost it about 3 weeks ago, then regained it for two weeks, and re-lost that ability 4-5 days ago.

Would you mind re-misconfiguring it for me again?

It's not likely to happen any time soon. The advantages of having it blocked (disabling all proxy scripts) far outweigh the benefits from not. Since the port has been blocked the servers have had far less problems caused by mass usage of proxy scripts and their variants, unblocking the port would undo all of that hard work.
Depending upon what the resource is you need to access, it is possible that a firewall rule could be put in place for that IP.

Oh, I figured asking would be useless since most of what I read for searching about was, "That's delegated by the higher-ups. Sorry."

I'm just trying to use file_get_contents(); to get player stats from various gaming sites so they can be made into dynamic signatures.
