When I try to login to my C Panel I get

Accessing the website itself has no problems.

Do I need to worry about this?

You don't need to worry. It will not affect you anyway, I am assuming that x10hosting either doesn't have an SSL certificate, it's expired or they are having problems getting it to work. Just click Continue to site and it will take you to cPanel.

It's been happening to me as well.

It has happened in the past, and as iSean said, you should be able to just continue anyway. It's probably been happening to everyone, and they are trying to fix the problem.
