portal timeout trying to login

When trying to login through the portal (https://x10hosting.com/login), as required, the following occurs:
The Captcha goes through 10 or 12 (yes, I counted) click-on-[whatever] before allowing me to proceed, and by the time I complete all of the capthchas, my login attempt has timed out.
This has happened twice in the last 20 minutes. I need to login through the portal to fulfill the "login every month" requirement, and am unable to do so.

What can be done?

What server are you assigned? If it's x11 then its down as of the moment.

Breaking News : x11 server is down!

The x10 Free Hosting x11 server is down since early yesterday. Visiting https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222 fails. PS: This post is to inform you all and not to rant or complain. I know that servers can sometimes go offline.

May I have an extension on my required regular login until this is resoved?

Confirmed: I am able to login.
