No. They would have to pay $20 for every use that wanted to use it.

If you want to use the software on your website you must purchase a site license (to test the software, license key is not required).

* One site license + installation assistance = $40.
* One site license + customized version + installation assistance = $80.

Them buying one license and letting everyone use it would be illegal.

I would also suggest using phpmychat. 've had no problems with it, unless you want a Windows Client(not web based), which only is included in PHPChat.
