Possible WAF / ModSecurity issue

I host a website for an Android app. According to Google's requirements I have to host a link to the app's externally published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Unfortunately creating a page related to CSAE standards results to a 403 error. I have checked the HTML file's permissions (they are OK) and I have tried different names for the file / URL. The 403 persists and it is most obviously a WAF / ModSecurity issue that gives a false positive.

Is there something I can do or something that x10hosting can do to solve the problem?

It seems this was a combination of Cloudflare Security intervention and some invalid HTML tags, which is a bit weird, since I had copy pasted the basic structure of the HTML from another file that loads fine.

Anyway, problem solved!
