PostregSQL question

Hi,

First of all the new support ticket system seems great for first sight I like this type of support system, just like we saw it in paid ,,big" hosters......

I have a question about
PostregSQL

How can I reach the PostregSQL database from ,,outside", I mean not straight from my website? I like to use it from my computer as well...not just through&with my website...

is it possible some way??

Nope. I know for a fact that MySQL on free servers is blocked to the outside, so this is probably the same for PostregSQL.
