Hi,

I have just signed up and had my account activated, but when I tried to log in to my cpanel for the first time, I got the following error message:

You have asked Firefox to connect
securely to chopin.x10hosting.com:2083, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.

Normally, when you try to connect securely,
sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are
going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.

For optimum security, I do not prefer to add that site as exception. Could you possibly provide a more perfectly secure cpanel page for my site?

Hope to get some answer the soonest time possible. Thanks!

This is because the certificate is self-signed. Even with an exception, you are still logging in securely.

If you prefer not to login through the secure method, you could use http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082 which is the regular cPanel login.
